MY PHILOSOPHY

I am a fully qualified practitioner for 10 years in Chelmsford having been trained under Ann Gillanders who was trained under Dwight Byers. (Nephew of the late Eunice Ingham founder of Reflexology).​

I have continued to further my knowledge through various professional and certified organisations. Most recently in Maternity Reflexology. CThA ,MBSR.

Each client will be treated as an individual and the clients confidentiality will be respected.

Reflexology does not profess to cure or diagnose but it relaxes tension, improves nerve and blood supply and restores balance to the body. This is done by boosting the immune system and encouraging the elimination of toxins which can lead to ill health.
